• We are committed to having leadership and a roster of artists that reflect the vast range of diversity within Source/Filter’s community.

• Source/Filter will build a picture of our current and target audiences in order to maximize the impact of our work on our entire community.

• Source/Filter will promote access for our audience members of limited means by maintaining affordable prices and, subject to necessary funding, consider reduced-price ticket offers for targeted underserved audiences. 

• Excepting copyright concerns, Source/Filter is committed to making free recordings of our concerts and productions available to the general public.

• Source/Filter understands the value and impact of having a culturally representative group of artists on stage and off in order to be relevant and accessible to the entire Source/Filter community. 

• Source/Filter will prioritize producing works and repertoire by underrepresented voices in the classical music community.

• Source/Filter will welcome skilled performers with a variety of backgrounds so that all audience members will have the opportunity to see themselves on stage. 

• Source/Filter will actively engage and collaborate with its artists on mutually exciting initiatives to expand our reach and community.
